2. Are your cleaners insured?
Yes! Every member of our team is background-checked and fully insured to keep your home and family safe.
3. Do I have to be home?
Most of our clients give us a key or code. But if you want to be home, that’s totally fine too; we’ll work around your schedule.
4. What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
Our team prides itself in working hard to achieve results that exceed your expectations. However, if something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it at no extra cost.
5. How long will the cleaning take?
On average, a standard cleaning takes about 2–3 hours. Deep cleans or move-in/move-out services can take a bit longer, since the service depends on the state of the house.
6. Do you offer same-day service?
When our schedule allows, yes! Call or text early, and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
7. Should I start with a deep clean?
We recommend it. A deep clean gets rid of built-up grime, making regular maintenance faster and more effective.
8. Can I customize my cleaning?
Absolutely. Want us to focus on the kitchen or give extra love to the bathrooms? Just let us know your priorities.
9. How can I pay for cleaning?
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our customers leave cash or a check at the kitchen counter, but we also accept payments by Venmo or Zelle.
10. Is there a contract?
We do not work with contracts. In case you wish to discontinue our cleaning services, we only ask you to notify us as soon as possible so our crew can reorganize our schedule.
